Sadly I’m very torn on this. I wanted 2 lots of flowers for the same person. Same address. Same day. But it had to be 2 separate orders. Delivery alone was nearly £15. Why ??
On the day only 1 order arrived. Absolutely beautiful. But it was masked by the 2nd order being a no show. It was for a special birthday. It took 34 calls to get an answer. 2 emails. Yes they gave an explanation. And were happy to give a refund. But now I have to wait 5-10 days for it. I think I’ll go elsewhere next time. Sadly.
