Whereas the flowers themselves were satisfactory the delivery was a disgrace the box clearly marked which way up it should be delivered it was upside down on the front step this was very difficult to see in photo sent but door was answered promptly and box found upside down resulting in some of the roses been damaged. I did rate DPD the delivery company poorly but have heard nothing from them since. I have looked for the photo since to forward to you but it seems to have gone.
