He arrived at 7pm. There is no porch at the delivery address, the house is set back from the road, with an unlocked gate. When i called to ask if they had been received, she said "no', and they were only found by chance the next day, already drying out instead of being put in water straight away. Delivery was requested around midday, Yodel offered only between 9am and 6pm. I have previously sent flowers by Interflora and they arrived on time and in good condition.
