This platform doesn't seem to let you edit reviews - so I need to add this RE the below.
EDIT: The Flower Shops Network have been in touch with me asking me to change my review for money off a future order. This is alarming, and makes me question any and all of the higher rated reviews they have.
They say they have rectified the situation. They did not. They issued a refund. But they did not acknowledge my request for compensation, and the whole issue relies on the fact that a) they took money for an order they were unable to fulfil, and following this b) they apparently sent me correspondence that I never received.
