My first purchase, mixed feelings over this. Firstly, delivery was quick and this is the first print ive purchased with a frame as the frames are usually extra. The print itself was lovely, but under the frame there was fluff / dust particals. The frame itself was painted, the finishing on the back was dreadful considering how much more expensive it is to have a frame. I don't think the frame is a high quality frame, and although it hangs on the wall.. I know it looks untidy at the back and knowing I paid extra for this, is really disappointing. I notified customer service the same day with pictures, and didn't get a reply so the customer service is again sadly poor! I'm looking for another couple of prints but definitely going search around before I make a decision. Mixed feelings.
