Very quick delivery. Customer service very helpful. The bracelet has plenty of room to engrave lengthy information. The bracelet itself is very pretty but difficult to do up yourself and undoing is also fiddly. The emergency emblem is in white so not very noticeable, I think red would be better. The bracelet cannot be turned over and therefore I'm concerned that emergency services could fail to read vital information engraved on reverse.
