Called them and a very helpful young man explained how they produced the bands and suggested I waited to see what the hospital thought would be best to have engraved on them. I took his advice and then ordered 4 bands. They are so comfortable and I will not hesitate to purchase my medical bands from The ID BAND Company in future. Thanks for helping a 78 year old sort things out.
