Incredible service provided, and the products I've ordered have been amazing. I ordered a dog tag style medical necklace back in 2020 and it's lasted me for years, the pearlescent only recently just started pealing after 4 years of not taking it off, I've worn it whilst exercising, showering, and even swimming and not ever taken it off. Recently I decided to change to a medical ID bracelet, I accidentally ordered 2 but quickly got in contact with The ID Band Company and they amended my order instantly, super quick and very helpful. When it arrived, it was slightly too small, tight on my wrist, I got in touch and they sent out an extender for it, arrived the next day!
