Apart from you machine being out of order last month I can't fault the quality of the cards once it was up and running. I actually personalised the Diabetes card by mistake . I actually wanted the medical identity card but hadn't noticed it was a diabetes one at the time. It was my fault entirely but I wonder if you cajole make it a little more obvious regarding the types of cards. I went on to do another card once I noticed my mistake. I have done cards for both my parents who are getting a little muddled at times and can't remember their post code or phone number so this helps in those circumstances too.
