Total waste of money for me. Far too soft, causing a weird distortion effect on the rest of the topper (and I'm not a heavy person), honestly made my back ache worse, and next to zero cooling effect. Also, the topper and mattress protector do not fit correctly over the mattress. Website works ok, hence the 2 stars and not 1.
Also, a shame they continue to use DPD.
