My main goal in using Therapy Tech was to connect with a therapist who can support me in making positive changes in my thought patterns. Thankfully, I was able to achieve that goal in a short period of time. Now, I'm on my 3rd session with my therapist. I find her very knowledgeable in what she does and she knows how to make me feel comfortable whenever we are discussing. I know this will help me a lot and I have to thank my therapist and Therapy Tech for this.
