This program really does not get enough attention! At 37 years old I was suffering with shoulder pain and postural issues for over 2 years and this program has done more than just 'fix' them. It actually taught me how to interpret the pain I was feeling and what the underlying cause was - which is more than I can say for my physio and chiropractor (which I'd wasted a lot of money on!). In my opinion I have not seen a product of the same quality or standard as The Reprogram. I'm currently into my 5th month on the program and my shoulder pain has decreased massively to a slight discomfort in extreme positions. My mobility is improving everyday and i'm really looking forward to seeing where this takes me physically. 100% worth the money and the customer support is very good!
