The shop called me in response to an enquiry I submitted. They were super helpful and able to point me in the direction of the right scanner for my needs, which I doubt I would have found without them. They were not at all pushy and answered all my questions. I ordered the item later online (an overhead scanner) and it arrived promptly. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
