Has to be the worst travel agent I have ever had to deal with. I bought an airline ticket online and they confirmed the purchase. Next day they contacted us and said the ticket isn't available. I noted that there are still tickets for sale for that flight but they said the price has gone up now and if I want the ticket I would have to pay extra for it. Really? So I buy a ticket from you at the agreed to price and the next day you want more money for it? Then they offered a replacement flight from another airport entirely. Just stay away from this company. If I wanted to fly from another airport I would have picked that one in the first place. I bet they buy tickets at a cheaper price and then call their customers the next day and demand more money for something they have already paid for. Stay away from them.
