Stay away from them. Professionals at scamming. I tried to book a flight with them after they were recommended by Google Travel. Avoid them at all costs. If there's a change even before they send you the e-ticket, they ask for more money and hang up on you if they are not satisfied with your answers. I called my bank while the transaction was still pending to reverse it, and my bank did so immediately. I notified them that I would no longer continue with the transaction, and I received WhatsApp messages with threats, saying I would only get my money back if I paid a £75 fee per person before 10 PM. I didn’t pay, and the next morning I found the money withdrawn without my consent. I contacted my bank, they are going to issue me a new debit card, and blocked them from making any further payments. I’m waiting to report them to the police. Now, I will report them to ATOL and ABTA. They use English names when interacting with you, but they are Indian. Avoid this travel agency at all costs before they ruin your vacation and take your money.
