This company surprised me with an amazing customer service and such a great choice of teas. Price is just right too. Fast delivery and plastic free packaging. The best thing was once I’ve received my teas: the company explained how to brew it, temperature and time of brewing. It makes such a huge difference in taste. No boiling water as it will taste bitter. I even bought proper thermometer just to have my tea as it should be. And it was worth it. My tea use to be bitter and not that great to drink. So big thank you for going above and beyond with explaining how to make super cuppa. Will be ordering again!
