Quick and friendly customer service - always very responsive on both the phone and via email. The bed itself is very well made and arrived within the specified time frame, with no damage (unlike the previous bed we ordered from another company). The finish - both the wood itself and the black stain we went for is of a very nice quality - and we found it straightforward to assemble with the instructions provided. Our King Size mattress fits perfectly on top. It is sturdy and comfortable to sleep on.
