So happy with our new engineered wood floor. I cannot thank Alan in the Glasgow Hillington store enough, his service has been first class from start to finish. We purchased a herringbone floor which was a little darker than I originally wanted, but after chatting to Alan about our house/decor etc I trusted him and his advice and I’m so glad we did! He was right and it looks stunning. Delivery was seamless and Michael and his team of fitters were lovely and did an amazing job. They worked tirelessly until all was complete and found solutions to some small issues with our doors and fireplace to ensure the finish was the best possible. We purchased too much flooring as I over measured, but they allowed us to return the extra which I was very grateful for. We’re so happy with the price and quality, but more importantly, I don’t ever remember ever having such great service from a company. Thank you to Alan, Michael and all at The Wooden Floor Store.
