I bought the Engineered, American Walnut Herringbone from the Glasgow Store. At first, I wasn't sure which wood and finish to choose. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful, offering advice about which style of wood would suit our needs. They also provided free samples so I could see how the colour would look at home. Now the floor is fitted and it is a really good quality, beautiful floor! I am very impressed with this company. Their customer service was excellent.
