The expert knowledge really helped us pick the floor that was right for us. We could not have been more happy with the help and handling of the purchase. However, upon delivery of the wood to the flat which came at an additional payment, the courier refused to use the lift from the ground floor to the first floor. All the wood and additional products that were purchased were left at the entrance to the flat on the ground floor with the expectation that we would carry them all ourselves. This was all done without the courier considering the well-being or age of the receiving customer. This really was laziness and poor service from the courier when all the arrangements had been made previous to the delivery.
