I bought a laminate floor Swiss Kona make,after fitting it (Il'm a builder) it squeeked constantly. Called your falkirk depot to report thus issue ,month went by no response. Called again ,Fitter sent out to assess,fitting off product not a issue in his words he would report .month went by nothing done about this issue .manager again sent out Fitter to check again 1 wk before Christmas, no issue with installation he said . 23rd off February and I still haven't had a response from wooden floor store or manufacturer off flooring. Customer service shocking.still squeaky floor.
