I took insurance out with Think Insurance who gave me a good quote on a motor home. Unfortunately 6 weeks after purchasing this I had to ask for a full refund from the company I purchased it from due to many issues. I no longer needed the insurance so contacted Think expecting to loose around half of my policy I paid for up front. This was not to be the case. I paid £206 for one years insurance but after eight weeks of waiting for a refund I received just £ 56 as a refund, I was initially informed by letter if would be £ 62 but no not even that. I would never recommend them to anyone, they have taken 75% of a years policy that was running for 6 weeks with no claims.
