Careful! ThinkInsurance admit to making administraive errors of refund calulation errors, not once but twice, and only queried and questioned to a large sum! So many mistakes in their handling of my families renewal policy, The fees do not add up on cancelling a policy in line with received T&Cs for 2 days after pressure selling tactics on renewal of not providing much time to search eleswhere. They even admit these faults, errors and they continue to stack up! Absolutely crazy how this company continues to take people for a ride. Cancellation fees of over £400!! Seeking advice for a claim moving forward with ombudsmen and CAB.
