As of right now, 2 star - I sized up according to recommendation, and adjusted the straps - and the bra was extremely comfortable for about 10 minutes before the wire broke through, by 20 minutes the wire V had ripped through completely and turned sideways. I had worn it for less than a day. However, I think this may have been a factory malfunction and hopefully will hear from customer service soon about a replacement. With the exception of the wire malfunction, I wish the shoulder straps were fully adjustable instead of only partially. Otherwise it is a beautiful piece. I emailed CS on a Saturday, when the line is closed - so I cannot rate their service yet as they are most likely still working through emails from the weekend. The low star CS rating is a place holder.
