Australia Post lost the parcel which was not great, however , the customer service from Thread the Word was outstanding with very prompt replies to my emails and follow up with Aust Post on my behalf ( even offer to remake the blanket). Such a wonderful experience from ordering through to the blanket eventually being delivered . The personalised cot blanket came beautifully packed wrapped in tissue paper ready for gifting. It is exactly as the website shows and the quality is exceptional. We can tell that this blanket will last the distance to be a cherished keepsake. I gladly recommend this company and their personalised blanket.
