My blankets arrived yesterday. The blankets themselves are beautiful l, 5/5 but they took a long time to get here. Almost three weeks. I had to Send an email and contact them through instagram to see if they were coming. The person on instagram was really lovely but the customer service from Billie was pretty short. No explaination as to why they took weeks to ship or an apology. I wouldn’t normally care but they were a gift and it didn’t arrive in time. Having said that, the blankets are great quality and I would definitely order again but I wouldn’t bank on the 5 day shipping. I got the ‘please review your order’ email before they’d even arrived Seems like most people have had great experiences though so my order may have just slipped through the cracks.
