Great quality customized blanket at a fair price. Service became a bit of an issue. I got the impression that the blanket would ship promptly but got an email notice around a week later that the package was ready to ship. Also, the stated shipping address was mine rather than the intended recipient (same as billing address stated). On the webform with which I ordered the blanket the mailing address function was a bit wonky and unlike any I have ever seen. I had a bad feeling. So the pkg. went from TTW to LosAngeles, to New York where I repackaged it and sent it back to California.
