This company has bent over backwards to help me. I provided the wrong address and of course the delivery could not be made and was returned to them. Within minutes of the return, we had been able to have it organised to be re-shipped the next day. I haven't even seen the blanket as yet, but if their blankets are at the same quality as their customer service, I will be over the moon with it. Thank you Thread the word.
