The rug I purchased was great quality and absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly as the proof did including colour and name placement.
There was an issue (dispatch error) receiving the rug however the customer service was excellent and the issue corrected immediately without fuss.
I will definitely be purchasing more products in the future
