"I ordered a watch online for my son which arrived extremely well packaged the next day. Unfortunately the watch was too large for my son and I therefore needed to speak to the team. They answered the phone straight away and were extremely helpful and understanding, stating I could return the watch which I did. They refunded the balance on the same day of return. An excellent and caring service well done and many thanks."
