"I felt obligated to share my experience with TIC Watches after reading some questionable reviews that don't do this company any justice. Just over a year ago (July 2016) I bought a beautiful limited edition Michael Kors watch, just after a a few months an index fell off which was slightly bearable and easy to ignore, but thankfully nearing my 12 month warranty ending it moved position and I called the company who with no hassle told me to send my watch in for repair, I got my watch back within 2 weeks, much earlier than i would have expected. Blasting an independent company claiming they're not genuine with no grounds to make such a claim is misleading and unfair. The customer service and reassurance that I will speak to a real human being who understands my issues is why I will return back to TIC Watches when I need a another 100% genuine and amazing quality watch!"
