As a US customer, I was concerned ordering a package from overseas, what with bad experiences in the past. I was super pleased with the prompt shipping (free DHL Express!). The communication was also excellent, and the price was lower than all US retailers for the model I purchased. My watch arrived exactly as ordered and I love it. Will definitely shop with Tic Watches again!
