A bit stressful trying to return a pair of boots as representatives didnt seem to know own policy. address label didn't turn up after a week but when yodel turned up to collect boots said they print the label themselves so needn't have waited a week. And as I'd sent for two pairs to gauge size and colour I really could do with the £108 refund!! Asap red boots not the bright red in expected but green boots great colour. Laces are made of ribbon so asked for extra pairs as don't think they'll last long. So far no reply re laces
