I visited the timberland outlet on Saturday February 29th 2020. There was a sale going on for buy 1 get 1 70% off. An employee told us that it didn’t apply to the junior wheat 6’ boots only, which is what I really wanted, but I decided to get something else in order to receive the offer. We stood in-line for a loud 10 minutes (only 1 cashier) to only be told that it doesn’t apply to the other pair of boots that I chose either. Needless to say, because of the way she responded so harshly and rude. She lost the total sale for both men’s and junior.
