Straight-up SCAM. I made the wrong order (without any payment, luckily) and immediately tried to cancel it. There is no cancel button on the website (illegal btw), so I contacted them via e-mail. The answer was extremely unprofessional and rude, but in short it was: "It's impossible to cancel the order, we've already sent you the goods, we demand you make that bank payment". This is complete nonsense, as you have 14 days to cancel the order. But they didn't actually send any goods and refused to give me a tracking number. It's been over two weeks at this point, nothing has arrived at my house, but they keep harassing me via email begging for money. This is laughable, as they have zero legal ground. Oh, and if you call them via phone you'll get shouted at, and then they disconnect. 0/10, avoid at all costs, SCAM Not sure how this shop still exists, as this seems extremely illegal. Anyone wanna team up for a class action or something?
