Well after a year I finally understand why top tech had such bad reviews. I spoke to the owner and manager name Sam he was a very nice gentleman and he explained to me that there is an inventory shortage and there was a surplus of orders that were ordered and they were unable to do anything as their merchant processor started to automatically chargeback orders On the customers behalf this happened between PayPal elevon and Adam Niec with whatever payments company he’s with now Everything is all straightened out they’ll know I know that for sure I spoke to the manager and owner and I stopped in they are shipping roughly 2 to !300 laptops a month
