The estimated delivery time passed a few days ago, and the ‘track your parcel’ link DPD gave me in an email says they haven’t even picked up the package yet. I understand that this Christmas is an unprecedentedly busy time, but it’d be nice if they could acknowledge that when giving their delivery estimates at least.
(Edit: It's DPD that's causing the issue apparently, so bumping it up to 4-star. Would have been nice to get a warning of that on the store, but not egregious enough for that bad of a rating.)
