A bit of a roller Coaster, first one of the pokemon cards I ordered turned out to be no longer in stick but with help from Ryan, I was able to get a refund for that card. I felt like Ryan was super kind and helpful. Then when my order hadn't arrived, I had some support from Andy who was also super kind and helpful, he was really supported when it did arrive, (the parcel had been handed to a neighbour), said that I can always contact for more help and support if needed. The pokempn cards that i had ordered which were in stock arrived in a really good condition.
