Royal Mail delays are a pain in the butt! But thankful for Total Cards communication.
Only one thing I would say that can be better is less / no more of the shredded card in the packages. Loads of little bits have gotten into my Arceus V figure collection box behind the plastic and are now rattling around. It's for my sealed collection so it's not ideal. Perhaps the items can be wrapped in paper first and then add the shredded cardboard? To prevent it from entering the product and getting caught.
