Only a couple orders in and totalcards went from 5 stars to 1. They posted a severely damaged sealed booster box to me, and when I asked for a replacement as soon as I recieved it, they made me wait 2 months for them to 'investigate' who was responsible for it. They decided it wasn't their fault, despite the fact that none of the other items or the packaging were damaged in any way, (the type of damage could not have been done by the post office) but graciously allowed me to get a replacement "if they had any left in stock". They then refused to pay for it to be returned, so I opted for a refund instead, being well and truly done with them at that point. It then miraculously disappeared after I posted it, never to arrive to them or get returned to me, nevermind that I've sent hundreds of packages out all over the world since and not one has gone undelived. The thing is, if they had taken resposibility for it, or even shown the tiniest bit of good will and paid for the postage, after, again, making me wait 2 MONTHS, I would still be buying from them regularly, but the combination of all of that just shows they are not to be trusted and I stopped dealing with them immediately, chalking the loss up to a lesson learned not to buy from small 3rd party companies like this.
