I had a great experience with Total Cards. Start to finish ordering online was extremely easy and the customer service was brilliant.
After placing my order I was promptly notified about an item no longer in stock with apologies, and provided an opportunity to have a full or partial refund but I managed to find another one, it got switched and my refund was issued for the difference, no hassle at all.
I liked the packaging my order came in and I was able to recycle most of it too which is a great touch.
Definitely will place future orders!
