New website is better but months on from now that those of us with loyalty points accumilated are locked out of them any new orders placed + delivered also don't seem to update the totals (perhaps this will be done retrospectively).
Usability has improved but at the cost of features relating to customer loyalty, perhaps it's a net-good overall if it attracts more customers.
One of my biggest current frustrations is around product delays. I get that total cards has dependencies on those outside of their control but it's frustrating to have to always reach out to customer support to ask when my order will be shipped, there's no proactive communication when things are delayed (I'm looking at you Bandai).
I've seen TC update release dates when the official ones get pushed back, but when the issue is with distributors/suppliers to them who are unable to deliver in time for official releases there's radio silence. I've seen them acknowledge this on their community discord but have yet to see anything change.
Shout out to Ryan who is amazing on Customer support, hopefully things get better so the above feedback of thirdparty delays is less of an issue. I hope the loyalty system is completed soon as it feels worse in some ways currently.
