I'm really not happy with the service.
I preordered 2 products. One was ordered in April, the other was in June and neither has arrived. The release date was Last Friday and I am constantly told the same story about the supplier not having it in stock. I wasn't even informed it had not arrived until the day before release date. No warning or anything. I very much doubt I will be using the website again after this.
