This is my first time using Total Cards and I am very impressed with my experience. The website with easy to use with a variety of payment options but the best part of the purchase was recieving a personalised email from a friendly member of staff advising that there was a very slight defect with the item, complete with a picture, and asking if I would like to proceed with the purchase. The defect was extremely slight and I have recieved many items from other suppliers with much worse problems and no notification. Suffice to say I was happy to proceed but happy to be informed. Even with this communication the item arrived very quickly and well packaged. Considering the ease of purchase, great shopping experience and discounted price, I will be looking to buy from Total Cards again.
