Having used Total cards for nearly three years this was the worst experience and that's over the courier having lost a parcel
It took weeks for anything to show up and my total order wasn't fulfilled so I had to cancel it and use another provider
It's also spilled over to my current order so unfortunately I'll probably find another provider for future purchases, because what's the point of a pre order when you get it five weeks later
