I've made pre orders with total cards a few times now, once for obsidian flames and then for shrouded fable, both of these pre orders arrived late! The thing that is confusing is when you see on the website they are available for collection in store but your pre order is delayed for a late delivery of product, I think the whole system of people pre ordering should be prioritised better as it should be first come first serve, get stock in and make sure the pre orders are fulfilled first before stocking the shop shelves, other than slight issue, the staff have been amazing and very approachable and professional when I have questions, and I do not believe it's the staffs fault with the whole pre order and shop availability and I am grateful with how nice they are when dealing with my pre order issues, summary though. Total cards pre order = poor Total cards staff= amazing I think the pre order operation needs to be looked at and hope it improves, I will however continue to pre order with total cards as I have faith that one day I will get a pre order delivered to my house on-time.
