Although the self-testing kit arrived on time, both the Day 2 and Day 8 test results arrived late.
I wasn't able to reach the customer services regarding the day 2 results, but when I wrote a first review, I got a call from them basically lecturibg me on how I was wrong, which was both false (I had the emails and dates to prove my case) and highly unprofessional.
Overall,this whole experience was very unpleasant and for the £135 paid, you should find another provider!
