1. the size wasn't good fit
2. one of the shoetips fell off immediately
3. glueing quality wasn't good
trying to return them for 3 weeks already. filed the return form 3+ times and the last response I got is "Tropicfeel denied your return request because of: the shoes have been worn", except that they haven't.
