My previous role held an element of sales however, as with most people, I was forced to go in blind and had to trial what approaches worked well and what didn't. Even 5+ years down the line, despite being a specialist in my field, I have always felt I needed to "wing it" due to the differences in individuals. This course has changed my view and I will be placing much more emphasis on mindset and structure in the sales process (something, after this course, that I know could have allowed me to close more sales).
By watching the True Sales Academy videos and going through the really helpful course PDF content, I feel much more empowered to pitch in a meeting environment and over the phone. Whilst there were some elements that I have unconsciously adopted in the past, this course has explained why I was more successful when adopting them. In addition, there are loads of other new points which I will use.
This is a must-have for anyone just getting into sales or looking to finesse their sales techniques. I especially enjoyed Paul's practical stories and examples which can be used in any field.
