Ordered this 12 days ago and it's still on it's way to a USPS facility. Seriously? If you're going to sell a high-priced product you need to ship it quickly. Hopefully, the device works. I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before I bought it. Why can't American companies be trustworthy anymore?
